Advanced Restorative Justice Training & Retreat for educators

June 26, 27, 28, 29, 2023 • The Watershed Retreat Center

The Advanced Training Retreat will deepen participants understanding of the power and potential of Restorative Justice within and beyond the school community. Building upon the foundation training, the Circle Keepers will learn about facilitation of conflict circles (student-student conflict, student-teacher conflict) the potential of Restorative Justice circles as an alternative to suspensions, the opportunity to have Restorative Justice processes in place for returning suspended students. The trainings will have lectures, mock circles, and discussions so that we can all build a healthy school community together.

Spend the weekend 100mi from NYC in Millerton, NY. Explore the beautiful 3-acre lake, walking paths, a basketball/tennis court, rec room and hiking trails into a forest lined with waterfalls.
